Yet feels familiar at the same time 

Whatever flows in gentleness & peace

In harmony & love

Is what is meant to take expression 

A channel of wisdom

That’s who we are 

Feel the flow rushing in 

As irritation

As frustration

As desire to be heard

As tears, as laughter, as rage

All seek expression.
