4. Conviction – Believe in your business and share your passion with zeal. If there is a contradiction in your belief of the product or leadership of your company,  it will show. Share the enthusiasm.

5.Duplicatable – Simplicity is the name of the game. Your process should be easy to duplicate by your team members. The easier the process, the quicker your team will grow.
