In this short video, I was taking a self-examination of the words I spoke and the manifestations that occurred as a result of my words.  The tongue is a creative force. It is interesting to note that, whatever is in your heart that is what you will say. And whatever you say is what will show up in your life.

Plan of Action:

1. Observe yourself talk (what do you say to yourself in the mirror when no one is watching)
2. Change your words from negative to positive (avoid rehearsing negative experiences)
3. Only say what you want to see (yes, it’s a fact. Your current situation is a subtotal of all your past thoughts and the words you said)
4. Focus on things that are true, lovely and of good report (hahaha… most TV shows and news does not fit this criteria)
